 做法

1. 將 豬 肉 切 粒 ， 放 入 醃 料 拌 勻 ， 泡 嫩 油 後 撈 出 。
2. 用 兩 湯 匙 油 爆 香 蒜 肉 ， 放 京 蔥 ， 贊 酒 ， 加 入 調 味 料 炒 勻 。
3. 將 豬 肉 ， 甘 筍 花 ， 加 州 提 子 乾 加 入 以 上 之 材 料 中 炒 勻 ， 即 可 上 碟 供 食 。
