 | \| ![food-tt-20000214h01.jpg (28425 bytes)](https://www.foodno1.com/images/menu/archive/food-tt-recipe/image/food-tt-20000214h01.jpg) \| ### 材 料    牛 柳    雞 湯    油      ### 配 料   青 花 椰 菜    紅 蘿 蔔 \| ### 調 味 料    洋 蔥 茸    蒜 茸    黑 胡 椒 粉    鹽 \| \|---\|---\|---\|     ### 做法   1. 在 湯 鍋 放 入 油 ， 調 味 料 炒 香 ， 此 時 加 入 雞 湯 ， 小 火 煮 成 濃 稠 黑 胡 椒 醬 。 2. 另 用 平 底 鑊 ， 倒 入 少 許 油 加 熱 ， 牛 排 在 下 鑊 前 灑 一 些 胡 椒 粒 及 鹽 ， 放 入 鑊 煎 2 分 鐘 ， 翻 面 煎 至 兩 面 呈 金 黃 色 ， 7 至 8 分 熟 ， 放 置 餐 盤 ， 淋 上 黑 胡 椒 醬 ， 配 料 用 熱 水 煮 燙 後 ， 擺 上 即 可 。 |
