#  粽子吃過量 小心代謝症候群上身

肉粽香噴噴的，讓人一口接著一口，還有甜粽、冰粽等各種粽子推層出新，小小的一顆好入口，最適合飯後當點心！不過，醫師提醒，粽子不論甜鹹熱量都很高，鹽分、糖分含量也不低，吃過量不只肚子不舒服，還有可能引起代謝症候群。

**5項指標 符合3項即為代謝症候群**

家庭醫學科主治醫師陳昱竹表示，代謝症候群可說是現代人最常見的文明病，臨床診斷有5項指標，包括男性腰圍大於90公分、女性大於80公分，血壓高於130／85mmHg，空腹血糖大於100 mg／dl，高密度膽固醇男性少於40mg／dl、女性少於50mg／dl，三酸甘油酯大於150mg／dl；符合3項以上指標，就是代謝症候群。

**現代人飲食不均衡 又愛吃大餐**

陳昱竹指出，現代人生活習慣不良，日常飲食多肉類、少蔬果，又不愛喝水，經常吃外食容易過量攝取高鹽、高糖、高油的食物，加上飯後一杯含糖飲料，平日飲食已經不夠均衡；每到節日又吃大餐慶祝，長期下來很容易罹患代謝症候群。

**端午節假期 吃粽子別過量**

陳昱竹舉例，每到端午節，中國人總是習慣吃粽子應景，可能同時買了肉粽、甜粽、冰粽，把肉粽當作正餐，甜粽當飯後甜點，冰粽拿來解饞，過了端午節假期，不知不覺吃下好幾顆粽子，讓原本在超標邊緣的狀態，一下子就飆破正常範圍。

**粽子這樣吃 健康過端午節**

陳昱竹醫師強調，罹患代謝症候群很容易導致糖尿病、心血管疾病，甚至增加癌症的風險，建議民眾吃一顆粽子解饞即可，食用時少用沾醬、少喝飲料，最好搭配蔬菜湯，解膩又能攝取蔬菜，健康度過端午節。 (陳昱竹 - 台北市立聯合醫院和平婦幼院區家庭醫學科主治醫師)
