#  透過飲食和運動 有效遠離肌少症

出現肌少症主要是因骨骼、肌肉功能和質量減少流失導致，長期下來恐會造成失能、跌倒等情況；營養師朱玉琳, 台大醫院指出，尤其老年人隨著年齡增長，容易有骨骼、肌肉等流失問題，因此預防肌少症找上門最好方式就是從飲食和運動著手。

**補充優質蛋白質 刺激肌肉合成**

飲食上，一定要攝取足夠的優質蛋白質，包括豆漿或豆腐等植物性蛋白質、魚、肉品、海鮮等動物性蛋白質；朱玉琳說，以一位高齡七十歲長者，建議每天需攝取的蛋白質應約有70至84克，且扣除其他種類食物中的蛋白質，一天還需要攝取至少6至8份的優質蛋白質食物才足夠。

**每日攝取優質蛋白質 應平均分配三餐**

尤其每餐蛋白質食物攝取的量和品質也是關鍵，一天攝取的總量應該平均分配在三餐，除非屬於有營養不良風險等長者，可能須提高84至105公克的蛋白質，否則每餐至少25至30克的優質蛋白質即可，才能有效幫助刺激肌肉合成效果。

另外，有研究發現，維生素D也和肌少症有相關性，因此除了透過適量的日照，也可攝取像是牛肉、鮭魚、鮪魚等具有維生素D的食物；朱玉琳呼籲，除了平時飲食習慣的改變，也應配合適當的運動，又以阻力型和有氧運動最佳，透過飲食和運動，就不怕肌少症找上門。
