| 製法：1\. 意大利粉：用大滾水煮淋，瀝乾備用     2. 魚柳：解凍，用潔布索乾水份，撲上雞蛋、生粉、麵包糠後用油畧煎至金黃色    3. 蝦 ：先將蝦去殼、去腸，洗淨瀝乾水份，用蒜頭爆香微炒熟    4. 下少油爆香白汁醬，加入意大利粉拌勺，放入焗盤，將魚柳、蝦、西蘭花佈在上面，在上加入碎芝士粉    5. 放入350度焗爐，焗若20分鐘 即成美味"碧綠海鲜意粉"       (煮意大利粉貼士：在水大滾後加油、鹽，加入意大利粉；在水重新煮滾後收中火後轉慢火，合口感的淋軟度為準) |
