- 嫩豆腐 400克
- 豬肉醬 200克

- 胡椒粉 適量
- 香油 適量

1. 將嫩豆腐切塊，放入沸水鍋中焯一下，撈出瀝乾。
2. 將豆腐碼入盤中，上面整齊地覆蓋醬肉片。
3. 上籠蒸20分鐘，取出後撒上胡椒粉，淋上香油即成。
