#  西柚千層酥卷(配檸檬汁)

- 新奇士®橙 (取肉) 1個
- 新奇士®西柚 (取肉) 1個
- 新奇士®檸檬汁 30毫升
- 橙皮及檸檬皮 各1個
- 牛油溶液 75克
- 牛油溶液 20克
- 蛋 1隻
- 蛋黃 2隻
- 砂糖 70克
- 朱古力蛋糕 2片
- 千層酥皮 8塊

#### 酥皮卷

1. 取出一塊酥皮，塗上牛油溶液，放上適量砂糖及橙皮。
2. 鋪上第二塊酥皮，重複步驟(1)三次，製成四層酥皮。
3. 放上一片朱古力蛋糕，新奇士橙及西柚肉，捲至長條形狀。
4. 用牛油溶液把酥皮卷封口，並在酥皮卷面塗上蛋漿。
5. 放入已預熱的焗爐，以150度焗15分鐘至金黃色，即成。

#### 檸檬汁

1. 將蛋黃及70克糖打勻，拌入檸檬汁及20克牛油溶液。
2. 加入橙皮及檸檬皮，用小火煮5分鐘至稠身。
3. 最後把酥皮卷放於碟上，淋上檸檬汁，並按個人喜好加上裝飾，即可食用。
