- 麵粉 150克
- 糖 2湯匙
- 蘇打粉 1茶匙
- 鹽適量
- 藍莓 150克
- 酸奶 (buttermilk) 270毫升
- 牛奶 2湯匙
- 蛋 1隻
- 溶化牛油 2湯匙
- 油 適量

- 新西蘭麥盧卡蜂蜜
- 忌廉適量

- 先把麵粉、糖、蘇打粉、以及鹽篩入一大碗中，再混入100克藍莓。
- 在另一隻碗中拌勻酸奶、牛奶、蛋、以及牛油; 倒入1的材料中，攪拌至混合。
- 將平底鍋燒熱,放油; 把麵糊放入平底鍋(每塊班戟約需2大湯匙麵糊),煎至兩面金黃。
- 建議每碟放三塊班戟，面層放適量忌廉，再澆上新西蘭麥盧卡蜂蜜，伴以剩餘的藍莓食用。
