> 1. 錫 紙 放 入 平 底 鑊 ， 將 鹽 、 糖 醃 好 魚 骹 後 放 入 平 底 鑊 上 ， 用 毛 掃 刷 上 燒 烤 醬 ， 開 小 火 烤 焗 5 - 7 分 鐘 。
> 2. 開 蓋 後 將 魚 骹 翻 轉 ， 再 刷 上 酸 梅 醬 烤 焗 1 至 2 分 鐘 便 可 ！ 鮮 味 無 窮 ， 肉 滑 香 甜 無 骨 ！
