#  香煎三文魚

- 新鮮三文魚腩柳 2 塊 (夠3-4人吃 / 一塊可供1-2人)
- 薑片 3 片
- 油 少許
- 白沙律醬 份量2湯匙

1. 三文魚柳洗淨抹乾，用鹽輕抹三文魚腩兩面，(可加黑胡椒)醃4-5分鐘
2. 燒熱鑊，下少量油；放薑片抹鑊一次(可防煎魚黏貼鑊底)
3. 魚側開始金黃，便可用鑊鏟輕輕將魚反轉煎另一面；慢火將三文魚煎至兩面金， 即可上碟。
4. 在魚腩部份加入2湯匙白沙律醬伴吃。(也可用豉油/醬油)

- 買急凍三文魚腩柳， 價錢較便宜,味道也可接受，解凍後做法一樣。
- 煎魚時，如發覺有黐底情況， 代表魚未夠熟，千萬不要在這時嘗試反魚，魚會散開 (魚夠熟會不黐底)。
- 三文魚功效：三文魚脂肪含量較低，能增強身體免疫力；內含Omega 3，可幫助減少膽固醇含量。
