關鍵營養一：**多元不飽和脂肪酸好處多**

受到近年三高等健康議題的影響，部分民眾常因擔心乳製品脂肪含量而避免攝取，但2015年最新出爐的美國膳食指南顛覆了過去對脂肪的不當指控，建議民眾可增加攝取omega-3與omega-6等人體必需的不飽和脂肪酸來替代飽和脂肪。
