- 豬腩排骨250克
- 大黃花膠100克
- 鯊魚骨50克
- 紅棗8粒
- 薑2塊

- 鹽1茶匙
- 雞粉1湯匙
- 糖1茶匙
- 清水3000克
- 清雞湯1罐

- 把老雞、排骨、汆水待用，紅棗去核
- 鯊魚骨用黃酒洗泡乾淨後待用
- 大黃花膠用礦泉水浸泡半天後瀝幹待用
- 用水為湯底煮開後加入汆過水的老雞、排骨、鯊魚骨、薑塊等，以武火煮四小時，再加入大黃花膠、紅棗等再以文火煮兩小時調味即可。
