- 雞丁200克
- 海參丁100克
- 蝦仁丁20克
- 大地魚末少許
- 蘑菇甲片20克
- 馬蹄甲片20克
- 芫茜梗粒少許
- 火腿切朱元甲片一片
- 芫茜一塊
- 豬綱油10 x 15公分一塊

- 鹽半茶匙
- 味精半茶匙
- 雞粉1茶匙

- 雞丁用鹽、味精、雞精、糖、生粉、胡椒粉醃好，蝦仁同樣，備用
- 海參丁，用薑汁灑飛水後，吸幹水分備用。蘑菇、馬蹄用幹布吸幹水分備用
- 用鋼盆將上述原料盛著，加入大地魚末、麻油、胡椒粉、芫茜梗粒、雞精、味精、香蔥油一起拌勻，成食料備用
- 將綱油一塊鋪平，放入火腿片、芫茜葉，再放食料，用一條竹筍作骨，包紮成雞腿形，拍上幹生粉，再上蛋白浠漿，入油鍋炸熟至金黃便可
