- 法包片1塊
- 菠菜菘75克
- 西蘭花2朵
- 小番茄2個
- 沙丁魚2條
- 生菜25克

- 法包入爐至脆取出，菠菜切成丁炒熟，裝入法包中間，炒好的西蘭花作拌邊用。
- 燒鍋下少許油，爆香，薑片，蔥度即下沙丁魚，下少許上湯及番茄汁用糖，雞粉調味，煮約五分鐘，鏟出裝入法包面上便可，原汁用少許濕生粉打茨，淋入碟邊便可。
