- 蝦仁100克
- 馬蹄50克
- 芫茜25克
- 菠菜汁50克
- 紅蘿蔔汁50克

- 將牛肉搞爛，加入馬蹄粒，濕陳皮粒，芫茜粒，鹽，糖，雞粉，生粉，拌勻，多撻打成牛肉丸，擠成4粒丸子，蝦仁去沙腸洗淨，搞爛，加入鹽，雞粉，胡椒粉，
    生粉，拌勻，所做成蝦丸，擠成4粒和牛丸一起入蒸櫃蒸熟
    備用.
- 分別將菠菜汁，紅蘿蔔汁，加入上湯，用雞粉，鹽調味，用少許濕生粉打茨，淋入，裝入碟的鴛鴦丸子內便可(牛丸菠菜汁，蝦丸，紅蘿蔔汁)
