#### 養陽生津，清熱瀉火之作用

- 粉葛400克
- 生魚500克
- 豬展400克
- 赤小豆50克
- 陳皮1塊
- 生薑2片

- 先將生魚剖乾淨備用，粉葛去皮切成方塊，赤小豆，陳皮洗乾淨。燒水至滾，將豬展氽水，撈起，洗淨血污。
- 燒鍋至熱，下少許油，將生魚煎至兩面黃色鏟出，用滾水沖去表面餘油備用。
- 瓦煲注入清水至滾，即放入粉葛，豬展，生魚，赤小豆，陳皮，生薑放入煲內，先猛火後轉慢火煲2小時，用少許精鹽，雞粉調味，即可食用。
