#### 有益氣血，強筋骨，補腎之作用

- 番茄300克
- 薯仔 (土豆) 200克
- 紅蘿蔔200克
- 牛腩500克
- 生薑2片

- 先將番茄切開，薯仔、胡蘿蔔去皮切開備用。
- 燒水至滾，將牛腩汆水，撈起，洗淨血污備用。
- 瓦煲注入清水至滾即放入牛腩，番茄，土豆，紅蘿蔔，生薑於煲內，先猛火後轉慢火煲2小時，用少許鹽，雞精調味，即可飲用。
