#### 對慢性肝炎有食療輔助作用

- 燈芯草3紮
- 苦瓜300克
- 豬展400克
- 生地50克
- 生薑2片
- 蜜棗2粒
- 鯽魚1條

- 先將鯽魚宰殺，去內臟備用。苦瓜切件，生地，燈芯草洗淨。
- 燒鍋至熱下少許油將鯽魚煎至兩面金黃色鏟出，燒水至滾，將豬展肉氽水撈起。洗淨表面備用。
- 瓦煲注入清水至滾，將豬展肉，苦瓜，燈芯草，生地，蜜棗放入煲內，先猛火後轉慢火煲1.5小時，用少許精鹽，雞粉調味，即可飲用。
