- 五指毛桃100克
- 豬腳1只
- 老雞400克
- 赤小豆50克
- 陳皮10克
- 生薑2片

- 將五指毛桃，赤小豆， 陳皮洗淨。
- 燒水至滾，將老雞，豬 腳一起氽水撈起。洗淨 表面血污備用。
- 瓦煲注入清水至滾，將 老雞，豬腳，五指毛 桃，赤小豆，陳皮，生 薑放入煲內，先猛火後 轉慢火煲 2小時，用少 許精鹽，雞粉調味，即 可飲用。
