#### 補腎，健腦，強體、適合用腦人仕

- 豬尾骨750克
- 瘦肉200克
- 合桃仁150克
- 芡實100克
- 豬腦1副
- 陳皮5克
- 生薑2片

- 將豬腦用竹簽清去紅血根,核桃，芡實，陳皮洗淨。
- 燒水至滾，將豬尾骨，瘦肉，豬腦，氽水撈起洗淨表面血污備用。
- 瓦煲注入清水至滾，將豬尾骨，瘦肉，豬腦，合桃，芡實，陳皮，生薑放入煲內猛火煲至滾，轉慢火煲2小時，用少許鹽，雞粉調味即可飲用。
