- 豬 腰 一 副 ， 瘦 肉 半 斤 ， 杜 仲 五 錢 ， 薑 數 片 。

- 先 將 豬 腰 洗 淨 ， 切 成 數 塊 備 用 。 豬 瘦 肉 切 件 飛 水 備 用 。 以 上 材 料 弄 妥 ， 連 同 杜 仲 倒 入 燉 盅 內 ， 淋 以 上 湯 或 開 水 至 八 成 滿 ， 加 薑 片 ， 然 後 用 紗 紙 封 蓋 ， 置 於 滾 水 鍋 內 ， 隔 水 燉 三 小 時 左 右 ， 熄 火 ， 小 心 將 鍋 蓋 打 開 ， 待 蒸 汽 消 失 後 ， 才 用 布 將 燉 盅 取 出 ， 調 味 後 ， 便 可 上 桌 享 用 。
- 豬 腰 為 補 腎 之 佳 品 ， 含 豐 富 礦 物 質 及 磷 質 ， 並 含 有 維 他 命 B ， 此 燉 品 可 治 腎 虛 勞 損 ， 腰 病 等 症 ， 若 加 其 他 藥 劑 ， 可 治 老 年 耳 聾 ， 腳 氣 腫 脹 ， 婦 女 產 後 虛 汗 及 白 帶 等 症 。
