- 甲魚1隻
- 雞1隻
- 胡麻油1杯
- 蒜10個
- 大塊生薑1瓣
- 棗10個
- 鮮參2根
- 清酒（料酒）1/2杯
- 松子末
- 炒鹽少許

- 鐵鍋裏倒入充分多的油，燒至滾燙，然後將活的甲魚下入油鍋，蓋好蓋兒燜，直到甲魚不再動為止。
- 鍋中加水，將雞及裝有蒜、生薑、棗和人參的絲網袋和清酒（料 酒）放入鍋裏煮，直到甲魚肉熟為止。
- 冷卻後將除了雞以外的所有調料瀝出，用紗布袋包起來榨汁，渣滓扔掉。
- 將調味汁加熱燒開之後灑點松子末和炒鹽，拌勻。
- 雞肉撕成絲後，蘸此調料食用。

- 女性產後調理用鱉。與女性不同，男性補陽則要用鯽魚，烹調法同上。
- 煮好後冷藏保管，早晚取一小碗，加熱後食用，對恢復元氣非常有益。
