#  人蔘烤肉白飯

- 牛肉200g
- 鮮參1/2根
- 飯1碗
- 茼蒿菜
- 細蔥

#### 牛肉作料：

- 煮人參的湯水3大勺
- 洋蔥1/4個
- 濃醬油3大勺
- 蒜末1大勺
- 蔥末1小勺
- 胡椒
- 麻油少許

#### 濃湯汁：

- 海帶
- 蔥根
- 果皮

- 米飯煮熟後以文火繼續煮，至米色泛黃。將海帶、蔥根、果皮放到水裏用旺燒，直到湯水變得粘稠(此湯汁可存放在冰箱中，在做魚類、肉類料理時放一勺進去，增添 清香味道）。
- 將湯汁與煮人參的湯水混合在一起，加入醬油、糖稀、洋蔥末、蒜末、蔥末、胡椒、麻油等調味料，然後將烤肉放裏面醃。
- 待入味後將烤肉在瓷盤中烤熟，人參絲放上面做澆頭。最後把米飯、烤肉和茼蒿、小蔥拼在一個盤中就成了一道一品料理。
