1. 雲 耳 、 雪 耳 各 2 兩 ( 約 80 克 ）
2. 黃 耳 4 兩 （ 約 160 克 ）
3. 番 茄 、 莧 菜 各 8 兩（ 約 320 克 ）

1. 先 將 雲 耳 、 雪 耳 、 黃 耳 浸 軟 ， 切 去 硬 耳 腳 後 洗 淨 ； 番 茄 切 角 ； 莧 菜 去 根 洗 淨
2. 用 水 將 黃 耳 煮 軟 ， 雲 耳 和 雪 耳 也 用 水 略 煮
3. 用 少 許 油 炒 香 番 茄 ， 再 加 入 雲 耳 、 雪 耳 、 黃 耳 同 炆 ， 後 加 入 莧 菜 同 煮 片 刻 ， 調 味 後 即 成
