| 1. 用 刀 將 豆 腐 切 件 ， 五 香 粉 加 一 杯 水 攪 成 椒 鹽 水 浸 豆 腐 十 分 鐘 至 入 味 ， 再 蒸 三 分 鐘 至 熟 2. 將 蔥 和 紅 椒 切 碎 ， 加 入 椒 鹽 （ 五 香 粉 加 鹽 炒 香 而 成 ） 和 胡 椒 粉 拌 勻 ， 釀 於 豆 腐 上 ， 最 後 撲 上 一 層 生 粉 3. 把 油 燒 熱 ， 豆 腐 以 武 火 下 鍋 ， 文 火 浸 熱 ， 再 以 武 火 炸 至 金 黃 色 起 鑊 即 成 |
