| 1. 首 先 將 燕 窩 洗 淨 ， 然 後 浸 水 八 小 時 ， 揀 去 毛 及 雜 質 後 濾 去 水 份 ， 用 乾 毛 巾 把 燕 窩 弄 乾 ， 將 揀 淨 的 燕 窩 加 五 碗 水 燉 半 小 時 備 用 。 2. 將 南 杏 及 北 杏 放 入 攪 拌 機 內 加 二 碗 水 攪 成 杏 汁 ， 倒 入 紗 布 袋 內 隔 去 杏 渣 。 3. 將 糖 加 入 杏 汁 中 煮 沸 ， 然 後 再 加 入 燉 好 的 燕 窩 即 成 。 |
