## 🍲 粉葛鯪魚湯（可解酒毒去濕）

### 🧾 材料

- 粉葛 1 斤（去皮、切件）
- 鯪魚 8 兩（洗淨、煎香）
- 豬展肉 8 兩
- 豬腩肉 4 兩
- 赤小豆 2 兩
- 陳皮 1 塊（先浸軟去囊）

### 👩‍🍳 烹調步驟

1. 粉葛去皮切件，豬展肉、腩肉與赤小豆洗淨備用。
2. 煮一大鍋水，至「蝦眼水」（水邊起小泡）時，放入粉葛、豬肉、赤小豆。
3. 水滾後轉小火，撇去浮沫，改猛火 15 分鐘，再轉中火煲 3 小時。
4. 鯪魚洗淨後煎香，與浸軟的陳皮一併加入湯中，續煲 1 小時即可。
