- 正官庄高麗蔘片 一 兩
- 蜆 肉 二 兩
- 蝦 肉 四 兩
- 魚 肉 六 兩
- 馬 蹄 四 兩
- 磨 菇 二 兩
- 薑 四 片

#### 調味汁材料

- 花彫酒一湯羹，生粉一茶匙，鹽一茶匙，糖二茶匙。

- 蜆 肉 加 鹽 洗 淨 ， 蝦 肉 切 粒 ， 魚 肉 切 粒 ， 薑 切 粒 ， 馬 蹄 切 粒 ， 蘑 菇 切 粒。
- 先 將 蜆 肉 灼 熟，撈 起 備 用。燒 熱 油 鑊；放 入 蝦 肉，魚 肉 及 蜆 肉，泡 熟。鏟 起 備 用。放 入 薑 爆 香。
- 再 加 入 蘑 菇、馬 蹄、炒 至 透 身。加 入 蔘 粒 連 汁。再 加 回 蜆 肉，魚 肉，蝦 肉，以 調 味 料 汁 撈 勻，加 水 一 湯 匙。邊 炒 邊 贊。炒 至 成 薄 獻。可 食。
