- 正 官 庄 高 麗 蔘 片 一 兩
- 白 鱔 一 斤
- 五 花 腩 肉 四 兩
- 蒜 頭 十 粒
- 冬 菇 八 只
- 紅 椒 一 只

- 先 將 蔘 片 加 水 燉 稔。白 鱔 切 好 洗 淨。 五 花 腩 肉 切 粒。 蒜 頭 炸 香 。冬 菇 浸 軟 去 腳 ， 蒸 稔。 紅 椒 切 角。
- 放 油 先 將 五 花 腩 肉 炒 熟，再 放 入 白 鱔 煎 香，加 入 蒜 頭、冬 菇、蔘 片 連 汁 一 起 放 入 鑊 炆 稔。埋 獻 汁 及 加 鹽 調 味 即 食。
