### 材料

- 冷 凍 什 錦 蔬 菜 2 碗
    ( 清 豆 仁 、 紅 蘿 蔔 丁 、 玉 米 粒 〉
- 生 菜 葉 6 片
- 原 味 薯 片 6 片
- 碧 螺 春 菜 粉 3 湯 匙
- 鹽 少 許

### 做法

1. 生 菜 葉 洗 淨 瀝 乾 ， 每 片 修 剪 成 碗 口 大 小 之 圓 形 片 。 一 片 片 分 開 置 盤 上 。
2. 什 錦 蔬 菜 加 少 許 鹽 調 味 炒 熟 或 燙 熟 。
3. 每 片 生 菜 葉 上 分 別 放 入 至 碎 的 洋 芋 片 再 放 入 什 錦 蔬 菜 ， 撒 上 茶 粉 即 成 。
4. 食 用 時 ， 用 生 菜 葉 捲 著 吃 。
