#  煲燕窩粥

步驟：

1. 先將燕窩浸水至軟身備用
2. 清洗好，瀝水後，用滾水略煮(約3-4分鐘)，然後格去滾水備用
3. 燕窩會形成唶喱狀， (食時口感會較好)
4. 加入雞茸及火腿汁(或罐裝上湯),
5. 煲好白粥底
6. 加入以上材料及發好之燕窩, 用慢火煮5分鐘即可享用。
