 為 免 浪 費 食 物 ， 在 做 菜 時 應 注 意 食 物 份 量 ， 先 考 慮 家 人 的 食 量 ， 煮 適 當 的 份 量 ， 以 一 次 吃 完 為 原 則 。

 若 煮 得 太 多 ，不 僅 浪 費 ， 而 且 留 下 的 剩 菜 、 剩 飯 ， 處 理 起 來 也 麻 煩 。

 剩 菜 飯 處 理

 剩 菜 應 在 二 天 內 處 理 掉 ， 否 則 即 使 放 在 雪 櫃 中 ， 也 會 變 質 、 壞 掉 。

 剩 飯 若 置 於 保 溫 鍋 ( 電 子 鍋 ) 中 不 可 放 太 久 ， 因 為 保 溫 鍋 的 溫 度 仍 在 細 菌 可 繁 殖 的 範 圍 中 ， 其 保 存 時 限 亦 不 可 超 過 十 小 時 。

 罐 頭 食 品 開 封 後 ， 最 好 趕 快 吃 完 ; 若 未 吃 完 ， 則 應 將 剩 餘 部 份 倒 入 碗 盤 等 容 器 中 ， 以 免 罐 頭 容 器 生 銹 而 污 染 食 物 ， 有 害 健 康 。
