> 根 莖 蔬 菜 如 芋 頭 、 洋 蔥 、 薯 仔 的 保 存 方 法 ， 是 放 在 通 風 處 保 持 乾 燥 以 延 長 其 保 存 期 、 用 塑 膠 袋 裝 或 放 櫃 只 會 因 潮 濕 而 促 使 其 發 芽 。 若 放 在 室 外 而 發 芽 時 ， 表 示 時 間 太 久 不 宜 食 用 了 ， 薯 仔 一 定 要 將 芽 徹 底 挖 淨 以 免 有 毒 ， 雖 然 乾 燥 的 通 風 效 果 可 以 保 持 較 久 ， 仍 以 儘 快 食 用 為 宜 ， 否 則 仍 然 會 爛 。
