> 打 開 後 的 罐 頭 ， 若 一 次 未 用 完 ， 要 倒 出 另 用 容 器 裝 盛 ， 以 免 罐 頭 生 鏽 影 響 食 物 變 質 。 蔬 菜 類 罐 頭 內 的 水 份 在 烹 調 時 要 倒 除 ， 但 未 用 完 而 須 倒 出 保 存 時 ， 湯 汁 要 保 留 與 蘇 菜 一 起 裝 盛 ， 待 用 時 再 倒 掉 ， 以 免 蔬 菜 變 質 腐 壞 ， 因 為 湯 汁 中 含 有 防 腐 劑 。
