#  紅豆妙用冬天暖被窩

以下一個既經濟又可養身方法，歡迎試試看!!

1\) 將一般洗臉用的長毛巾從中間剪一半。取其中一片對折，將三邊縫起來翻到正面, 形成一個袋狀。

 2) 將四杯(約兩斤) 生紅豆倒入袋子裏，再將袋子的開口縫起來。

 3) 睡覺前，將做好的袋子放入微波爐裏焗(升溫)兩分鐘，再放到棉被裏去了。
 (不多夠，溫溫的紅豆袋子除了摸起來很舒服以外，還會傳來甜甜的紅豆香喔!!)

 4) 測量袋內的溫度，約有63度，而且，放進棉被以後，可以保持約三小時才會慢慢降到跟體溫差不多的溫度!

 5) 這個袋子只要做了一次，就可以重覆再使用，很經濟實惠，而袋子的溫度會徐徐的下降，對健康來說也很好。 除了睡覺時用，也可用於肩膀或關節等地方喔!!

 6) 為什麼袋子可以保持三小時的溫暖呢?
 這是因為紅豆是豆類中含水量最少的，加熱以後,溫度不容易下降，所以最適合用在這個方法上。

 7) 加熱後紅豆的香味也有意外的效果喔!
 紅豆加熱以後會散發出一種含有麥芽糖成份的香味，這個成份有鎮靜的作用，古代的歐洲把它用在精神安定劑上。

所以，這個袋子並非只是溫暖而已，還會讓我們聞了它的香味以後放鬆心情，進而舒服的進入夢鄉喔!!
