#  日飲360cc含糖飲 死亡風險增三成

根據流行病學調查，45歲以上代謝症候群盛行率，不論男女均高於3成，並隨著年齡上升而增加；此外，研究顯示，每天只要增加攝取360cc的含糖飲料，不僅罹患第二型糖尿病的風險提高83%，心血管疾病死亡風險更增加29%。因應氣溫下降，不少民眾習慣飲用薑母茶、桂圓紅棗茶，或沖泡黑糖塊來暖身。但要小心，喝錯恐傷身！

**熱飲甜心雙陷阱 慢性病高風險族群應當心**

公共衛生學系邱弘毅教授表示，天冷時民眾多喝熱飲，由於市面飲料店因成本考量會採用高果糖糖漿，但高溫時果糖甜度會下降，為了維持相同口感，熱飲相較冷飲要加更多的果糖才能維持同樣甜度，一不注意恐會多喝下5-10克的糖。因此，若平常喝冰飲習慣加果糖球的民眾，改喝熱飲應盡量改選用砂糖包，以避免攝取過多的糖份。

普遍城市人對含糖飲料攝取頻率的提升，而研究發現，961名40~75歲居民中，14.2%平均每周含糖茶飲飲用量多於500 ml，不僅相較於未飲用含糖飲料者，血壓較高，並且有14.9%機率在10年內得到心血管疾病，為沒飲用含糖飲料者的1.15倍，不得不慎。

**堅守「自煮、減量、微糖」原則 預防慢性病從日常作起**

冬日飲品可採取「自煮、減量、微糖」的原則，盡量自己準備不外買、多喝水不喝飲料、若要喝也盡量降低糖份的攝取量。此外，透過建立健康生活習慣與提升健康危險因子的認知，是預防慢性病的共通法則，不但能降低慢性病發生及死亡率，也減輕社會與個人的醫療負擔。(邱弘毅- 臺北醫學大學公共衛生學系教授)
