#  秋燥引起的皮膚癢？乾咳不停？中醫有妙招

面對夏秋之際的轉換，許多民眾深受皮膚乾癢、乾咳的問題所擾，紛至門診就醫。中醫部賴建銘醫師表示，秋分時節，天氣多變化，加上季節轉化成陰長陽消、晝夜溫差大，此時人體呼吸道黏膜不斷受到冷熱刺激，一旦調節失當，就容易遭受病邪乘虛而入，易出現上呼吸道感染，而引發感冒等不適症狀。

**肺部缺乏潤養調節功能易受影響**

秋季在一年「生、長、化、收、藏」中處於「收」的階段，五行歸金，五氣中主氣為燥，在人體臟腑中屬肺。秋季燥氣當令，易使人罹患燥病，肺為嬌臟，燥邪易傷肺，肺失津液潤養，則宣發和肅降的調節功能會受到影響，導致乾咳少痰、口鼻乾燥等症狀發生；又肺外合皮毛，若肺失滋養，也會出現外部器官皮毛乾燥的症狀，如：皮膚乾燥、毛髮枯燥等。此外，肺與大腸相表裡，津液輸佈失常，亦會出現大便乾結的情況。

**多食滋潤生津食材 搭配中藥服用效果更佳**

賴建銘強調，秋季可多食一些滋潤、生津、養肺的食材，如：水梨、蘋果、水蜜桃、柿子、甘蔗、芝麻、木耳、愛玉、海帶、髮菜、昆布、秋葵、地瓜葉等，並盡量避免辛辣炸烤食物。

另外，民眾可根據體質使用中藥材搭配服用，如：沙參、麥門冬、玉竹、百合、知母、天門冬、黃精、西洋參等藥物。再加上「虛則補其母，實則瀉其子」，肺屬金、脾屬土，土生金，土為金之母，補土生金，滋陰養肺的同時，需要有強健的脾胃做後盾，故亦可多食山藥、蓮子、薏仁、大棗、栗子等固護脾胃的食材。

**養成良好生活習慣 助抑制秋燥症狀**

賴建銘提醒，秋天起居養生很重要，宜早睡早起、適當戶外運動、早晚添加衣物、多喝開水補充津液、保持樂觀情及收斂神氣，使內心安寧，以防秋燥的症狀加重。(賴建銘- 臺南市立安南醫院中醫部醫師)
