#  愛喝咖啡、濃茶 恐使痛風發作

一位60歲的退休教師黃伯，因長期喜愛內臟類、濃茶、咖啡等刺激性食物，某日忽然手指關節與踝關節紅腫、雙腿無力，痛到不能走路，就醫後發現急性痛風發作，黃伯伯抽血後發現血液中尿酸值甚至大於13mg/dl(標準值為7mg/dl以下)下。

**原發性痛風 好發肥胖、大量飲酒者**

痛風與飲食、作息、遺傳體質皆有密不可分的關係。衛生福利部桃園醫院護理師秦僑慧指出，原發性痛風較好發於肥胖者、大量飲酒者、有痛風家族病史或患有高血壓的患者，合併症伴隨著高脂血症、肥胖、糖尿病、高血壓病、動脈硬化和冠心病等，屬遺傳性疾病。

**防痛風 日常飲食記得注意5點**

而繼發性痛風可由腎臟病、血液病及藥物、飲食、習慣等多種原因引起發炎、疼痛產生；臨床常見好發小關節處，如手指、腳指處紅腫，於抽血可發現血清中尿酸值升高，臨床常見合併症為高尿酸血症，易引起痛風性急性關節炎導致反覆發作、痛風石沉積、痛風石性慢性關節炎和關節畸形。秦僑慧護理師呼籲，民眾在日常生活上，飲食需注意以下5點，預防痛風發生：

#### 1、減少攝取這類食物

少量攝取普林含量高的食物，如動物內臟、家禽肉類及菜花、菠菜、豆類、龍鬚菜、蘑菇等。

#### 2、限制飲食中蛋白質的含量

蛋白質攝取過多時，可使尿酸的形成增強。控制於每日每公斤體重不應超過1克蛋白質。

#### 3、增加維生素B1和C

大量的維生素B1和C能促進組織內淤積的尿酸鹽類溶解。

#### 4、多鹼少酸食物

少吃或忌食酸性強的食物，如醋、楊梅等，使尿酸在酸性環境中容易結晶析出，在鹼性環境中容易溶解。

#### 5、少吃刺激性食物多飲水

忌用興奮神經系統的酒、濃茶、咖啡。醋、蔥、薑、蒜等辛辣調味品均應限制，每天建議攝取約2000~3000毫升水分，稀釋血液中的尿酸濃度，並增加尿酸鹽的排泄。

秦僑慧護理師呼籲，有家屬史民眾也不用驚慌，雖然有家屬病史，但能正確了解痛風相關內容，並注意飲食預防，一樣能不免受疾病所苦，享受正常快樂的人生。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
