#  夏日大啖含糖冷飲 如何降低酸性口腔蛀牙機率？

夏日炎炎，許多民眾喜歡來杯含糖冷飲，幫助消暑；然而，含糖冷飲會使口腔偏酸性環境，可能對牙齒、整體口腔健康造成影響，如果沒有好好潔牙、降低口中酸性，很容易蛀牙和牙周病。根據牙科醫師臨床觀察，發現有很多人就是因為愛喝含糖冷飲，又沒有做好潔牙措施，結果導致蛀牙，而且尤其是年輕族群居多。

**不注重口腔清潔 易有蛀牙和牙周病**

開業牙醫童笠表示，不注重口腔清潔，依每個人口腔狀況會造成不同程度蛀牙和牙周病，而長時間喝含糖飲料會讓牙齒處於酸性環境，以致讓牙齒表面脫鈣，外觀上會呈現出白色斑塊，更嚴重的表面會變得粗糙不平，此時牙齒外層的琺瑯質被嚴重破壞，等於是對蛀牙細菌門戶大開。

**吃、喝後及睡前 徹底做好潔牙**

要如何改變口腔酸鹼環境，避免口腔酸性物質持續傷害牙齒？童笠醫師指出，要想口腔環境健康，避免蛀牙或是牙周病，基本上就是要做正確的清潔， 減少細菌能夠過度滋生的環境，，在吃和喝之後，還有睡前，要使用貝氏刷牙法刷牙，以及要使用牙線，徹底做好潔牙。

**含氟牙膏刷牙 含鹼性溫泉水口腔清潔品輔助**

童笠指出，氟化物被證實能降低蛀牙機率，增加牙齒抗酸能力，建議可使用含氟量較高牙膏，例如1450ppm含氟量牙膏來刷牙，若是蛀牙的高風險群則建議高濃度的塗氟；另外，也可輔助使用弱鹼性的牙膏或漱口噴霧，例如市售許多含有鹼性溫泉水成分的口腔清潔產品，亦有輔助預防蛀牙效果。

**維持口腔內菌叢穩定 可降低蛀牙和牙周病發生**

童笠醫師強調，長期維持口腔健康狀況，保持口腔酸鹼平衡，減少壞菌，保留益菌，口腔內菌叢穩定，可降低發生蛀牙和牙周病的狀況，並且可避免因為牙周病所可能造成的系統性疾病的風險，例如心血管疾病和糖尿病。

**減少食用零食和含糖飲料 更不宜過長時間進食**

除了做好潔牙，維持口腔健康，童笠醫師建議，應減少食用零食和含糖飲料，因為零食和含糖飲料會讓牙齒長時間暴露在細菌的破壞之下；另外，就算進食後做好清潔，也不建議過長的進食時間，而高黏性澱粉食物例如洋芋片、高糖和酸性飲料等很容易造成蛀牙，更應減少食用或更要注意口腔清潔。(童笠-童笠開業牙醫診所主治醫師)
