#  愛吃垃圾食物 即使不胖也會增加癌症風險

女性千萬不要以為不胖就能亂吃東西。美國亞利桑那大學一項研究發現，無論女性只要常吃漢堡、披薩等能量密度高的食物，罹癌風險就會上升，即使體重正常、健康，沒有體重過重、肥胖等問題，也是一樣。

**高能量密度食物 讓癌症風險上升10%**

研究認為，雞塊、漢堡、披薩等高能量密度、加工類食物可能干擾身體新陳代謝，女性若常吃這類食物，罹癌風險可能增加約10%。無論體重胖瘦，只要常吃這些食物，癌症風險都會上升。研究成果已發表於〈營養與飲食學研究院期刊〉（Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics）。

**身材纖瘦女性吃高能量密度食物 癌症風險一樣增加**

過去一些研究發現，肥胖的人較容易產生食道癌、腎臟癌、大腸癌、乳癌、胰臟癌與子宮癌等癌症病變。不過近來一些研究顯示，飲食能量密度與癌症之間的關聯性不只發生於肥胖者，體重正常的女性一樣也會受影響，這代表食物中的飲食能量密度（Dietary Energy Density-DED）可能影響癌症風險高低。

有些癌症較常發生於肥胖者身上，研究人員以約九萬名更年期後女性為研究對象發現，女性常吃高能量密度食物，產生這些肥胖相關癌症機率會上升約10%。

**蔬果、瘦肉 屬於能量密度較低食物**

當食物能量密度較高，代表每公克食物含較高熱量，像蔬菜、水果、瘦肉、豆類食物等，都屬於能量密度較低食物，這些食物含有較少熱量，但營養價值較高。而漢堡、披薩等加工類食品則屬於高能量密度食物，民眾需要吃很多，才能攝取到足夠營養素。

**想防癌 需慎選食物**

研究作者認為，光是控制體重，可能無法預防一些肥胖相關癌症，必須以能量密度高低做為慎選食物標準，並少吃高能量密度食物，才能真正防癌、遠離癌症威脅。
