#  喝豆漿預防乳腺癌 醫：勿 過量

生活作息不正常，缺乏運動，下半身肥胖的人，常聽信許多網路謠言，一下吃減肥藥瘦身，一下喝豆漿減肥。但網路流傳「豆漿減肥法」恐導致乳腺癌，因此減肥中的女性都不敢再喝豆漿，甚至徹底與豆類食物斷絕關係。此說法到底正不正確？就讓專業醫師來解密！

**豆漿可預防乳腺癌形成**

豆漿中所含的大豆異黃酮是植物雌激素，植物雌激素也在食物中的分佈廣泛，不同分子的類型有4種：如扁豆和穀物中的木酚素類、黃豆芽中的香豆素類、大豆中的異黃酮類、花生中的真菌雌激素類真菌雌激素類。

一提到雌激素，許多人就有所顧慮，因為過量的雌激素會引起乳腺癌、子宮內膜癌等疾病的疑慮，烏日林新醫院放射腫瘤科主任李必忍表示，其實植物雌激素和人的雌激素是不一樣的。加州大學教授研究文獻中提到，豆漿對人體是有幫助的，餐前喝無糖豆漿還可幫助減肥、強身健體、防止糖尿病、高血壓、冠心病、支氣管炎等。豆漿是植物性雌性荷爾蒙，可預防乳腺癌形成。

**痛風患者、腸胃不好者少喝豆漿**

李必忍主任表示，豆漿中含有豐富的蛋白質，並且非常多有利於身體吸收，所以日常應該多喝豆漿。並不是所有人都適合喝豆漿，痛風患者、嬰兒以及腸胃不好的患者等等，最好還是少碰豆漿。另外，糖尿病病友適合攝取無糖豆漿。

根據《英國癌症雜誌》的資料顯示，大豆裡的大豆異黃酮不會增加乳腺癌的風險，反而會降低乳腺癌的發生率。李必忍主任也表示，喝豆漿可以預防癌症發生的機率，但千萬不可以過量，攝取過量豆漿恐會刺激乳房細胞的惡化，另外，預防乳腺癌應該要調整生活作息、不熬夜、保持心情愉快，才可降低癌症的發生率。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
