#  喝水防中暑！ 營養師李婉萍教你如何喝水最健康！

夏季氣溫攀升，如果水分攝取不足，很容易中暑、脫水。近日，有眾多粉絲的李婉萍營養師，在網路直播中分享健康喝水小訣竅。

**喝水量 依體重不同而有增減**

李婉萍營養師表示，想要預防中暑，喝水很重要，每個人體重不同，需要的水分也不一樣，一般建議一個人每公斤體重約需要喝30cc到45cc皆可，但因為夏天過於炎熱，每公斤體重需要喝40cc到45cc，才會足夠。

假設民眾體重50公斤，乘上40，代表這人一天喝水需要喝到2000c.c，如果是50公斤，每公斤體重需要喝水45c.c，民眾可以自己計算一下，這就是每天身體所需要的水分。

**喝水時機 也是預防中暑關鍵**

不只喝水量多寡，喝水時機也是非常重要，喝水時機正確，才能真正幫助預防中暑。李婉萍指出，如果一次就喝水500c.c.，可能這樣就不太容易預防中暑。想預防中暑，必須身體有持續、穩定含水量。建議將一天所需要喝的水，以200c.c到300c.c為單位，每隔2到3小時分次、慢慢飲用，身體含水量才會足夠。

李婉萍營養師解釋，有時只要一個中午在外面，出門前後沒有喝水，就可能中暑。因此除了少量多次補充水分，外出前、回家後，也都要補充水分，出門在外期間，也要記得適時補充水分，如此才能預防中暑。

**眼睛容易酸澀 可以用菊花、枸杞泡水喝**

中醫師周宗翰指出，當上班族用眼量很高，眼睛很痠、很乾澀時，可以用菊花、枸杞泡茶喝，如果有便祕的問題，可以另外加上決明子泡茶。如果每天需要喝2000c.c的水，建議應該還是要有一半是白開水，這樣會比較健康。
