#  中藥溫和可多吃？ 小心反而傷身

40歲李小姐有甲狀腺腫十幾年，服用抗甲狀腺製劑甲美樂錠（tapazole）期間，常有搔癢不適甚至起疹子，便自行在中藥房購買中草藥服用，服用大約2個月後開始有疲倦感、嗜睡及上腹部不適等症狀，到奇美醫學中心急診就醫，被診斷為急性肝炎，經中醫會診，中藥局藥師辨識中藥後，懷疑是黃藥子引起的急性肝炎，經停用外購中藥，並以相關藥物治療後好轉，已順利出院於門診追蹤。

#### 誤以為中藥較西藥溫和

一般民眾常以為中藥較西藥溫和，中藥就是「藥食同源」，可以多吃或買市場販賣的中藥材回家當食補，中藥局藥師林宗萱指出，其實這種觀念是錯誤的！

#### 藥食兩用但本質還是藥

林宗萱藥師表示，「中藥」可分為「藥食兩用中藥材」與「藥材飲片」。而「藥食兩用中藥材」是因為這些中藥材作用較溫和，民眾可以自行到合格中藥房購買，或是有些像薏苡仁、山藥等已經融入日常生活中被廣泛使用當成食物了，雖然是藥食兩用，但本質還是「藥」不是「食」，「藥」都有偏性，吃多了還是不恰當的。藥材飲片則是作用相對沒這麼溫和，使用時應由合格中醫師開立使用較安全。

#### 於合格地點選購合格中藥

民眾應該要如何取得、購買合格的中藥呢？林宗萱藥師說，首先，選購中藥材的地點應選擇合格中醫醫療院所、有佩戴藥師執業執照之藥師經營的中西藥局，或行政院衛福部核准的合法中藥商及中藥舖，接著選購藥材時應該要注意其外包裝，外包裝應標示品名、重量、製造日期、有效期限、廠商名稱及地址等事項。

#### 中西藥合吃要間隔2小時

林宗萱藥師表示，服用中藥和西藥應間隔至少2小時，避免兩者直接在腸胃中的反應，也減少藥效間的相互作用；固定服用西藥者，應於中醫門診看診時向中醫師說明，例如本身有服用抗凝血藥如可邁丁錠（Coumadin）或抗血小板類藥物如伯基（Bokey）等，若中藥裡又含當歸、丹參、桃仁、紅花、補陽還五湯等活血化瘀中藥，易提高出血風險，需定時監測追蹤，平時也須注意是否有瘀青、牙齦流血、黑便等情形出現，有發現上述情況須立即回診告知醫師。 (林宗萱- 奇美醫學中心藥劑部中藥局藥師)
