#  夏日炎炎 喝粥消暑補脾胃

如果你沒胃口，又吃不下，不妨試試喝粥！如果腸胃道發炎，或是有消化性潰瘍時，除了服藥治療之外，也可喝碗粥，對於腸胃道黏膜修復，也有幫助。原來喝粥有利於腸胃道，還可以調脾胃，尤其是炎炎暑夏，熱得不得了，很多人會因此沒有胃口，這時來一碗綠豆粥、蓮子粥、荷葉粥，更是能消暑氣。

**生病喝粥可調理腸胃**

現代人多西式飲食，早上吃稀飯配雞蛋和花生米的人已很少見，多是吃漢堡、三明治，甚至很多人是吃早午餐，吃盤鐵板麵的人也常見，喝粥似乎已成為生病時才會出現的畫面。為恭醫院中醫部主任杜旻峯表示，生病時喝粥可調理腸胃，尤其是生病時元氣不好，吃粥最有利於消化吸收。

**缺食慾體重降 脾胃虛**

杜旻峯指出，門診中有一名60多歲退休男子，因為家裡經濟壓力而再展開事業第二春，但是卻因為年紀漸長，體能已下降，身體負擔大，經年累月，造成精神不佳，容易出現困倦，而且還沒有食慾、吃不下，使得體重急速下降。

**飲用四君子湯 補元氣**

經診斷後發現男子的脾胃功能已經虛弱，不但吃不下，還吃什麼拉什麼，無法吸收食物的營養，導致惡性循環。杜旻峯除了讓男子飲用以黨參、茯苓、白朮、甘草等藥材熬煮的四君子湯，補脾胃與補元氣，並建議他平常喝粥來調養脾胃，治療一段時間後，腸胃功能變好，體重增加，元氣也恢復。

**喝粥 修復腸胃道黏膜**

杜旻峯主任指出，以前因為物質缺乏，腸胃發炎時，通常會將洗米水留下，滾沸後，在吃藥時會加入，藉此調理脾胃，如果家中經濟狀況較好，可以用米飯熬煮成粥，通常會熬煮得糊一點，對於有消化性潰瘍病人，有修復腸胃道黏膜作用。
