#  想變瘦 要看腸道細菌配不配合？

一個人想變瘦，不只靠飲食、運動，腸道細菌更扮演關鍵角色。大學醫學院教授林文元前幾日在2017台灣科技生物大展「21世紀健康新趨勢」講座中，以「扭轉肥胖因子，健康不再有負擔」為題指出，科學界進行實驗發現，腸道中的一些致胖菌、抑胖菌可能影響胖瘦，而腸道細菌生態的多樣性，更與胖瘦息息相關。

#### 腸道 是全身重要免疫器官

保健營養學系名譽教授謝明哲也表示，腸道是全身重要免疫器官，如果腸道細菌生態維持健康、平衡，就能充分發揮解毒功能，幫助減輕肝臟負擔，肝臟、心臟、呼吸器官等，腸道也會變得比較健康。

在「21世紀健康新趨勢」講座中，現場民眾座無虛席，專心聆聽醫學專家演講，謝明哲教授指出，人要活得好、活得長壽，重要的是「營養、保養、休養」。如果每天吃含糖飲料、油炸食物，就容易提早死亡。此外，在長期壓力之下，加上抗生素、類固醇等藥物傷害腸道細菌，腸道就容易滋生腐敗菌，進而影響腸道、全身健康。

#### 腸道多樣化 與身體健康息息相關

林文元教授分析，每個人的腸道細菌菌相都是獨一無二，隨著生產方式、用藥種類、飲食等多諸多因素影響，腸道細菌生態也會出現變化。若腸道細菌越多樣化，腸道、身體整體狀況也會更健康。當腸道細菌生態受破壞，可能就需要重建腸道細菌生態系統，讓腸道細菌生態恢復原始健康狀態。
