#  姑婆芋、芋頭葉 食藥署教你如何區分

食品藥物管理署日前接獲通報，一位民眾疑似食用「荷葉粉蒸排骨」外層葉，造成喉嚨痛、口腔痛等中毒症狀，食藥署團隊以分子生物檢驗技術進行DNA物種鑑別，這道「荷葉粉蒸排骨」所用的「外層葉」為姑婆芋葉子，民眾因誤食引發中毒。食藥署表示，目前已建立姑婆芋相關分子生物鑑別檢測方法，可在最短時間內鑑定出姑婆芋物種，協助中毒者接受正確、有效的治療。

**姑婆芋vs.芋頭**

「姑婆芋（Alocasia odora）」又稱山芋、觀音蓮、天荷等。姑婆芋植株與芋頭很類似，兩者主要差別在於，芋頭（Colocasia esculenta）葉面具有絨毛，葉柄、葉面相接處呈深紫色，且與葉子的缺口距離較遠。

而姑婆芋表面光滑，水珠無法凝結，葉柄、葉面相接處無紫紅色，且與葉子的缺口距離較近，兩者在野外不容易辨識，姑婆芋植株全株有毒，含草酸鈣、氫氰酸及生物鹼等，民眾誤食便會出現喉嚨痛、口腔麻木等症狀，部分患者則伴隨著流口水、口齒不清、吞嚥困難及腹痛等現象。

**民眾誤食姑婆芋 便會產生中毒症狀**

近年曾陸續接獲通報有民眾疑似食用姑婆芋，導致食品中毒，在民國101年曾有民眾至小吃店用餐，食用後出現嘴麻、嘴腫、喉嚨痛等症狀，食材疑混有有毒、不可食用姑婆芋。

103年也有民眾在自家菜園採摘植物、煮成芋頭飯，食用後馬上口腔麻痺、喉嚨痛，經檢驗發現，這些都是姑婆芋，多有毒、不可食用，另行政院發言人徐國勇於今年1月也在臉書表示，不慎誤食姑婆芋中毒送醫。

食藥署已於該署網站「防治食品中毒專區」、「闢謠專區」宣導辨認姑婆芋、芋頭方法，民眾若有相關疑惑，可上網查詢。

餐廳業者應確認食材正確性、有沒有毒性，避免民眾誤用姑婆芋葉進行烹調，另提醒，民眾千萬不要自行採摘、食用來路不明的植物，以免中毒、造成傷害，民眾食用不明植物後，若出現生理不適症狀，應儘速就醫，並保留吃剩食物，以幫助正確診斷、治療。
