#  手術後應該這樣吃 忌口食物有哪些？

手術後想要使傷口盡快痊癒，很多人會喝雞湯，或是吃魚湯，甚至會很忌諱吃鴨肉或是香菇等食物，在飲食上會有些禁忌；到底手術後應該吃哪些食物好？又有哪些食物該忌口呢？營養師提醒，除了均衡飲食之外，尤其是蛋白質會有助傷口癒合，至於會容易刺激傷口發炎反應的油膩與高糖食物，就得要忌口，以免反而不利傷口復原。

**重油、高鈉、高糖食物會刺激發炎反應 不利傷口癒合**

營養師戴淑婷表示，手術之後可以進食時，首先要注意不可吃刺激食物，例如重口味、辣的或是油膩食物，以及油炸與醃製的食物，這些重油、高鈉的食物，會刺激發炎反應，而且這種烹調作法也不利於營養吸收，對於傷口恢復正常也不好；此外，高糖的食物，例如蛋糕與含糖飲料也都會刺激發炎反應，都不利於傷口癒合。

**均衡飲食著手 著重優質蛋白質**

所以，想要使傷口快些復原，要怎麼吃呢？戴淑婷營養師指出，可以從均衡飲食著手，先從澱粉類例如飯、麵條、麵線都可以。至於另一項對於傷口復原很重要的就是蛋白質，且要著重優質蛋白質，包括豆製品例如黃豆類的豆腐、豆干等，其他則是魚肉、雞肉與豬肉，而且要用低油烹調法，雞肉則要去皮，蒸魚可用少許蔥、薑、蒜提味。海鮮中的蛋白質也很好，蛤蜊與牡蠣中所含有的鋅，也對傷口癒合有利，但是如果有過敏體質，就不宜吃。

**維他命C有助傷口癒合 吃當季水果**

使傷口癒合還有一項很重要的就是維他命C；戴淑婷營養師進一步指出，維他命C最主要的就是水果，最好是吃當季的水果，例如芭樂、奇異果與小番茄等，一次都可以吃一個棒球大小，也都有助傷口癒合。至於水果中常有人提及不可以吃芒果，以免傷口發炎，其實，只要不吃多，並不需要忌口。

**確保衛生安全 蔬菜不可生吃**

另外，常被認為是發物的食物，例如香菇、蘑菇、茄子、南瓜、鴨肉等是否能吃呢？戴淑婷營養師提醒，這些食物只要量不太多，不要過量，就都可以吃，但是要煮熟，此外不建議生吃蔬菜，以確保衛生安全；但也不要什麼都不敢吃，反而沒有足夠的營養，也不利傷口癒合。
