#  每天吃30公克加工肉品 大腸癌風險增54％

綜藝大哥豬哥亮不幸病逝，引起很多人更加重視大腸癌！根據研究發現，每天超過30公克加工肉品，大腸癌風險增加54％。專家指出，30公克加工肉品相當於半根香腸、一片火腿；若是早餐吃火腿蛋吐司、午餐吃培根義大利麵，就算過量攝取加工肉品。

**大腸癌佔國人癌症發生率首位**

根據2014年十大癌症發生統計，大腸癌排名第一，為男性發生率第一、女性發生第二，總共有1萬5764人罹患，平均每天增加43人，連續9年高居國人十大癌症發生率首位。

**9成病因來自飲食習慣**

護理健康大學兼任講師黃翠華表示，大腸癌的發生原因高達9成，是由飲食習慣而來。根據研究發現，每天吃超過4兩紅肉，大腸癌風險增加22％，每天吃超過30公克加工肉品，大腸癌風險提升至54％。舉凡外食族、肥胖族、少蔬果族、紅肉族、少動族、久坐族等6大族群，都是罹患大腸癌的高風險族群。

**大腸癌早期徵兆要注意**

黃翠華說明，每天外食超過1餐、BMI大於27、每天少於1碗蔬菜、1碗水果、一星期吃紅肉超過5次、一天吃加工肉品多於2次、每星期運動少於1次、每天走路少於3000步，都要特別留意是否出現大腸癌的早期徵兆，包括大便完又想上、想大便卻大不出來，甚至糞便帶有些微血液、黏液等，不可輕忽大意。 (黃翠華 - 癌症關懷基金會執行長、台北護理健康大學兼任講師)
