#  化療時常食慾不振 營養師教你輕鬆吃

癌友在進行化療時，常會有噁心嘔吐的副作用，雖然可以吃止吐劑來緩解，但是仍然會食慾不振，沒有胃口，以致體重會下降，甚至發生紅血球或是白血球降低，無法進行下一次的化療；其實，是有些飲食撇步能夠增加食慾，可以讓癌友輕鬆吃。

#### 早晚喝一次四神湯 可提供熱量來源

長庚醫院營養師吳益銘表示，癌友想要增加食慾可以喝四神湯，四神湯是中藥材也是食材，可以補脾胃，而且任何體質若是食慾不振、扺抗力差都可以喝，早晚可各喝一次，其食材包括淮山、芡實、蓮子、茯苓，這些食材是碳水化合物，也是熱量來源。

#### 吃稀飯可添加粉狀營養品 打果汁放濃縮營養品

另外，也可製作飲品時添加營養品在其中，增加營養；吳益銘營養師指出，癌友經常會因為沒有胃口而只想吃稀飯，所以在吃稀飯時，可添加些粉狀營養品增加黏稠度，或是打果汁時放些濃縮營養品，或是腫瘤配方，可代替鮮奶，而且夏天來臨，只要不是生食，喝冰的飲品也可以。

#### 不宜生食及含菌食物 可喝保久乳和泡奶粉

吳益銘營養師進一步指出，癌友除了不宜生食，也不宜喝鮮奶、養樂多、優酪乳等含有菌的食物，因為化療時白血球會低下，抵抗力差，就不要吃這些含菌的食物，而保久乳和泡奶粉是可以，至於在吃水果時，也要去皮才安全。
