你常喝枸杞泡熱水嗎？小心沒有咬碎、細嚼，僅能攝取到花青素等抗氧化物，但葉黃素無法釋出，天天喝也沒有護眼的效果。藥學博士楊玲玲利用，枸杞加米漿製作成「枸杞明目玉露」，天天一杯就能預防視力退化。

#### 枸杞富含葉黃素 打碎、打細才能釋出

藥學博士楊玲玲表示，枸杞富含18種胺基酸，大量的胡蘿蔔素、葉黃素、維生素B、維生素C，以及鈣、磷、鐵等等礦物質，尤其對於眼睛具有保健的功效；但要將枸杞打碎、打細，葉黃素才能完全釋出，

#### 枸杞明目玉露 天天一杯可護眼

楊玲玲院長提供一道明目飲品，作法是將1杯枸杞加1杯水打成枸杞汁，1杯生糙米加1杯水打成生米漿。另外，8杯水煮滾，首先緩慢加入米漿攪拌均勻後，接著再慢慢加入枸杞汁混合，即可完成10杯的枸杞明目玉露。

#### 葉黃素預防視力退化

楊玲玲院長強調，枸杞含有大量的胡蘿蔔素、葉黃素，進入人體在人體酶的作用之下，可以轉化成維生素A，有助預防視力退化、保護眼睛；而加入米漿的目的，是為了讓營養素懸浮，避免營養素流失，同時有助人提吸收。

#### 枸杞含有甜菜素 散發自然甜味

楊玲玲院長提醒，米漿建議用生糙米打成，以免流失維生素B群，而枸杞汁及米漿都要反覆多打幾次，直到完全通過濾網不留殘渣，由於枸杞含有甜菜素，也不需要額外加糖，就能夠有天然的甜味。 (楊玲玲 - 佛光大學樂活產業學院院長、藥學博士)
